Thanksgiving

We had Thanksgiving in Carly and Brett's little apartment. The house was supposed to have been done, but didn't make it. We had a good time crowding in together. (Rhian was 1 month old on Thanksgiving day.)

Chubby Cheeks

So cute you just want to pinch their cheeks!

House!

Our house is moving right along. The brick is up, the paint is on, the cabinets are in and the stucco and siding are going up this week. We have our floors ordered and scheduled to go in as soon as they turn on the heat. Our lease is up Nov. 30th so we are praying they are finished by then. If not we may be living in the garage!

Rhian's 1st Outing

We took Rhian to the park for her first outing. She was looking a little yellow after being in the dark basement apartment for a week straight. So we thought a little sun and fresh air would do us all some good. The kids had a blast playing- even the big kid (Eirik)!

Halloween

Jack and his preschool class. (There were 3 spiderman's out of the 8 kids).

Loran (Pirate), Allie (Vampiress), Jack (Unhappy-Spiderman, left his mask at school) getting ready to go to the ward Trunk or Treat activity.

Pink Lady

Rhian's 1st Bath

Rhian has curly stawberry blonde hair. We don't know how that happened! Everyone else's is stick straight, so it is nice to have something different.
Poor Baby did not enjoy her 1st bath!

Rhiannon Eirika

Baby Rhian was born Oct. 23rd, 2006 at 5:19 pm. She was 7lb. 2 oz., 20 in. long.

Fun with the Ash Family

I took Loran and Jack to Heber to visit with Ashlea and her family. We had so much fun playing in the snow and sand!

Fall Colors 2006

It's Fall... my favorite time of year! Before the baby comes we wanted to go up the canyon to see the colors. We decided to go to Logan and to Zollinger's to get some apple cider. The colors were beautiful! We definitely were reminded why we moved here, Utah has seasons!

Boys Will Be Boys!

Eirik has a metal fire engine from when he was little. He thought it would be nice to share part of his childhood with his son, so he gave it to Jack. Jack decided it would be used better as a bow and arrow which he constructed out of the ladder, a bungee cord and a spiderman pencil. He then used Eirik as target practice.

Loran is 6 years old!

Loran has had a rough time with the move. So to make it up to her we have really celebrated her birthday.

We went to Chili's on her birthday for a family dinner with Papa, Bama, Carly, Brett and Alex. Eirik just made it back from Vegas to join us. We then came home and opened presies from Nana, Grandad and Vanessa.

First Snow 2006

It's official... Fall is here! The cold has come and with it the first snow of the year. We are thrilled, but the natives, not so much. The kids are dying to get into the mountains to play in the snow.

These are pictures of the model home so you can see what the finished product will look like!

Our New Home

We are getting anxious to be in our new home. We wanted to share the progress with all of you. Right now they are framing the interior doors. They have marked out where the brick and stucco will be put up and soon they will start painting. We are waiting patiently to see which comes first... the baby or the house!

First Day of School 2006

It's official... school has started and so has the Leerskov bus. Allie is in 2nd grade, Loran in AM Kindergarten and Jack is in Pre-school. They all are having a blast and were so excited for school to start. Anything to get out of the apartment for a couple of hours!

While we were at bear lake we made a side trip to a near by cave. Here are some photos of the trip.
